What is the deflation method for air cooled industrial chiller?

  1. When using gas separation equipment to release gas, place the return valve of the gas separation equipment on and off so that the gas pressure of the gas separation equipment reaches the breathing working pressure, and other valves should be closed.

  2. Moderately open the mixture bypass valve to allow the mixture in the air-cooled industrial refrigeration unit to enter the gas separation equipment.

  3. Slightly open the liquid supply valve to allow the refrigerant throttle valve to enter the gas separation equipment to vaporize Endothermic reaction and cool the mixture.

  4. Insert one end of the vulcanized rubber hose used to connect the air release valve into the water container. When the refrigerant in the mixed gas is cooled into ammonia liquid, the bottom of the gas separation equipment will frost. At this time, the air valve can be slightly opened to the outside to discharge the gas according to the water container.

If the steam bubble does not change volume during the entire process of rising in water, and the water is not turbid and the temperature does not rise, gas is released. At this time, the opening of the air release valve should be suitable.

  5. The refrigerant in the mixture is slowly suspected to be refrigerant liquid and accumulates at the bottom. From the frosting condition of the casing, it can be seen that the height to width ratio of the liquid level gauge. When the liquid level gauge reaches 12, close the liquid supply overflow valve and open the liquid collection overflow valve. Return the bottom refrigerant liquid to the gas separation equipment to cool the mixed gas. When the bottom frost layer is about to dissolve, close the liquid collection overflow valve and open the liquid supply overflow valve.

  6. When terminating the air release, the air release valve should be closed first to prevent refrigerant discharge, and then the supply overflow valve and mixture bypass valve should be closed. In order to better avoid an increase in working pressure inside the bleeder, the return valve should not be closed.
