How to detect the oil pressure of the refrigerated rcirculator?
When testing the oil pressure, we first need to observe the oil pressure when the refrigeration circulator stops running, and then continue the test after the refrigeration circulator has been running for more than 15 minutes. If the range of oil pressure change is relatively small, the operating stability of the refrigeration circulator is high, otherwise it is necessary to promptly eliminate oil pressure faults.
By observing the changes in oil pressure before and after equipment operation, it can be determined whether there is a malfunction in the refrigeration circulator. The fewer faults in the refrigeration circulator, the lower the operating cost of the refrigeration circulator, thereby improving the cost-effectiveness of the refrigeration circulator.
Reason for low oil pressure difference in refrigeration circulator:
1. The oil filter is blocked.
2. The oil pressure regulating valve (oil drain valve) is too open.
3. The output of the oil pump decreases.
4. Bearing wear.
5. The oil pressure gauge (or sensor) is malfunctioning.
6. Excessive refrigerant mixed in the lubricating oil.
Handling method:
1. Replace the appropriate oil filter element.
2. Turn down the oil pressure regulating valve to increase the oil pressure to the rated oil pressure.
3. Disassembly inspection.
4. Replace the bearings after disassembly.
5. Check the oil pressure gauge, recalibrate the pressure sensor, and replace it if necessary.
6. After the refrigeration machine stops, put the oil heater into operation and maintain the given oil temperature.
