　　1、 Machine room selection

The computer room should be separated from the pipelines between the power distribution room, water treatment room, and chilled water system to avoid affecting the temperature of the computer room. 　　Before installing an industrial chiller, environmental preparation work needs to be done. 　　1. Selection of machine position

　　Firstly, select the placement location of the chiller based on the spatial layout of the computer room. To maintain the normal operation of the machine, the center of gravity should be allocated to the support area, control machine vibration, and leave sufficient space for machine operation and maintenance.

　　2. Ground treatment

　　Place the machine on a stable ground. The ground should be flat and smooth, and its load-bearing capacity should not be less than 500kg/m ^ 2. Mark and measure on the ground, do not simply place the equipment on the ground. Add brackets on both sides of the equipment to prevent the machine from sliding due to vibration.

　　3. Connection of water pipelines

　　Connect cold water and cooling water pipes according to the needs and actual requirements of the cooling system. When connecting, it is necessary to avoid pipeline vibration and ensure installation quality, such as using special brackets and other damping materials. At the same time, the joints and valves of the water pipeline should be checked for tightness to prevent dangerous situations such as water leakage.
