　　1. Regular maintenance: The refrigerant leakage of the chiller is usually caused by aging of the pipeline, prolonged use of the machine, and lack of regular maintenance. Therefore, regular inspection and maintenance are important measures to avoid leakage of the chiller.

　　2. Timely handling: When refrigerant leakage is found in the chiller, it is necessary to handle it in a timely manner and use professional tools for inspection and repair to avoid greater safety hazards.

　　3. Equipment replacement: If the chiller is too old and requires a high cost of repair, then considering replacing it with a new equipment is also a good choice.

　　When dealing with refrigerant leakage, the evaporator can be removed and welded, and the disassembly method is:

　　1. After identifying the missing points, mark them properly;

　　2. If there is still refrigerant in the refrigeration system, it is necessary to first store the refrigerant;

　　3. Use two 8-inch or 10-inch wrenches to remove the indoor unit connection lock nut and remove the right electrical box of the indoor unit;

　　4. Remove the fixed pipes and clamps at the back of the evaporator, and remove the left and right positioning screws of the indoor evaporator;

　　5. Gently lift the pipeline with your left hand from the back of the indoor unit to move the evaporator forward. After pulling out the evaporator 5cm with your right hand, rotate the evaporator 90 degrees with both hands and pull it out along the pipeline (pay attention to both hands operation, do not touch the fins).

　　After removing the evaporator, place it in a flat and clean place, use a dry cloth to wipe off the oil stains at the leakage point. The leakage point is welded with silver, and after pressure inspection to confirm that there are no leaks, install the evaporator back into the indoor unit in the reverse order of disassembly. Of course, there are many possibilities for refrigerant leakage, not just the evaporator with leakage points, which requires gradual inspection.
