How to correctly debug the coolant chiller?

  1. Preparation before debugging

  (1) Due to the fact that the coolant cooler belongs to medium to large refrigeration machines, close cooperation is required in design, installation, and use during debugging. To ensure the orderly progress of debugging work, a temporary debugging team needs to be formed by relevant personnel to comprehensively command the debugging work.

  (2) The personnel responsible for debugging should be fully familiar with the structure and performance of the coolant cooler, the safety technology of the refrigerator, debugging methods, steps, and technical requirements that should be met, and develop detailed and specific debugging plans to make debugging personnel in each position clear about their responsibilities and requirements.

  (3) Check whether the installation of the coolant cooler meets the technical requirements, whether the foundation of the coolant cooler meets the requirements, and whether the size, specification, and material of the connecting pipes meet the design requirements.

  (4) The power supply system of the coolant cooler has been installed and debugged to be qualified.

  (5) Conduct separate tests on the cold water and cooling water systems to flush the wastewater from the water system. The water pump should work normally, and the circulating water volume should meet the requirements of the working conditions.

  (6) Clean the debugging environment on-site to ensure cleanliness, brightness, and smoothness.

  (7) Prepare various general and specialized tools required for debugging.

  (8) Prepare various pressure, temperature, flow, quality, time and other measuring instruments and meters required for debugging.

  2. Debugging:

  (1) Check if all valves are in a normal open state and do not close them.

  (2) Check whether the power supply voltage is normal.

  (3) After the chiller is started, check whether all parameters of the chiller are normal.

  (4) Record the various data of the chiller.

  (5) During the commissioning and operation of the unit, pay attention to whether the compressor loading and unloading mechanism works normally.

  (6) If abnormal situations occur during debugging, the machine should be immediately shut down for inspection.
