  Reasons for low oil pressure difference in industrial chillers:

  1. The oil filter is blocked.

  2. The oil pressure regulating valve (oil discharge valve) is excessively open.

  3. The oil pump has reduced oil flow.

  4. The bearing is damaged.

  5. The oil pressure gauge (or sensor) is faulty.

  6. There is too much refrigerant mixed in the lubricating grease (due to oil foaming during startup and low oil pressure).

  Treatment method for low oil pressure difference in industrial chillers:

  1. Replace the oil filter element.

  2. Adjust the oil pressure regulating valve to increase the oil pressure to the rated oil pressure.

  3. Disassembly and inspection.

  4. Replace the bearing after disassembly and assembly.

  5. Check the oil pressure gauge, recalibrate the liquid level sensor, and replace it if necessary.

  After the industrial chiller unit is shut down, it is necessary to put the oil heater in to maintain the given oil temperature (determine whether the oil heater is broken and whether the temperature control preset value of the oil heater is correct).
