It may be due to insufficient lubrication and increased friction due to the lack of refrigerant oil, or it may be due to dust and impurities in the pipeline, causing the moving surface to get stuck, or due to a simple mechanical fault causing the compressor to get stuck.

  Treatment method for compressor jamming of industrial refrigerators:

  The first capacitor starting method.

  One of the most commonly used methods is to increase the capacitance value. Simply put, it is to add the capacitance value to the original capacitance value or replace it with a larger capacitance value to increase the starting torque and make the compressor easier to work. Attention: The compressor will shut down immediately after three or three seconds of starting.

  Secondly, the striking method.

  Usually, wooden hammers or locally sourced materials are used. When the press is started, a heavy hammer strikes the three welding points on its body. But pay attention, don’t deform it.   Before adopting the above method, lower the Freon to reduce the pressure.

  Pneumatic impact method.

  Separate the compressor and apply the reaction force of nitrogen gas to the compressor from the high-pressure pipeline. Loosen the components of the axle holding machine. Breath for 5 minutes. Then use the above method again.

  Three phase power supply starting method.

  If any of the above methods cannot work properly, the three-phase starting method can be used, with N connected to C. R and S connected to different phases of live wire, and the short start time is 6 seconds after being plugged in.

  Seventh, lubrication method.

  In general, if there is oxide skin or dirt inside the compressor causing the cylinder to get stuck, any of the above items cannot work. Remove the compressor, pour out oil, add kerosene, and then pour out again, continuously, in order to clean the internal dirt. After washing, invert the compressor for 12 hours, pour out the kerosene, evaporate, and then add No. 25 refrigerant oil. Lift the compressor, and then pier it on the ground a few times to loosen the parts, Restart according to the above method.
