  How to handle lab water chiller after load damage?

  Firstly, it is necessary to determine whether the load of the refrigerator compressor is burned out or the components are worn out. If so, it will definitely contaminate the refrigerant system. For example, carbonizing the remaining frozen oil will still exist in the pipeline, and the drying filter will absorb a large amount of water.

  Therefore, assuming a compressor burnout occurs, the first step is to analyze the cause of the compressor burnout: whether it is a temperature control problem, such as temperature control quality issues such as control boxes and overload boxes; Is it a set value change or adjustment error; Is it due to unstable power supply voltage; Whether the operators operate in the normal order, etc.

  Refrigeration units are mainly used in industries such as chemical engineering, ink printing, large energy equipment, mixing plants, food preservation, central air conditioning, etc. They can be divided into air-cooled screw chillers and water-cooled screw chillers according to different heat dissipation methods.

  Even the best product cannot be used continuously, and it may have limited service life and may be caused by improper operation. So, what should be done when an air-cooled compressor malfunctions? If it is confirmed that the compressor is damaged and completely unusable, the following steps should be followed to replace it with a new compressor;

  Remove the drying filter, use a temporary detachable connecting pipe or copper pipe joint to connect the short connector, and blow dry the entire system. At this time, nitrogen gas with a pressure of 10kg/cm2 can be used to blow dry without leaving any residue;

  Inject the cleaning solution into the pipeline system for cleaning and circulating flow. If necessary, replace the cleaning solution for multiple cleaning cycles;

  Add refrigerant oil to the compressor, observe the oil flow during operation, add liquid refrigerant, and start the machine for testing after reaching 80%~90% refrigerant. Attention: The compressor needs to be heated for 2 hours;

  Install a good compressor and drying filter, and use a nitrogen leak detection device with a pressure of 10kg/cm2. If there is no leakage, the remaining nitrogen can be discharged into the atmosphere through the high-pressure end angle valve;

  At the same time, vacuum the high and low voltage ends to 1000 micro, and recheck all power supplies and electrical control systems.
