September 2020 Shanghai Automotive Testing Expo

Shanghai Automotive Testing Expo is a trade fair for automotive testing, evaluation and quality engineering. This is one of the most important events of its kind in car testing.

The show will provide the latest technologies and services to enhance the quality, safety, reliability and durability of vehicles. The Expo will be held at the Shanghai World Expo Exhibition and Convention Center from Tuesday, September 16, 2020 to Thursday, September 18, for a period of 3 days.

LNEYA will participate in the ceremony as an exhibitor, booth number: 1270.

LNEYA specializes in the development and production of industrial refrigerators, industrial refrigerators, TCUs, ultra-low temperature refrigerators and new energy semiconductor refrigeration and heating cycle machines. Our products ensure precise temperature control in the semiconductor industry, chemical/pharmaceutical industry, biotech industry, research/laboratory and electric vehicle battery motor testing. Our products offer temperature cycling from -152°C to +350°C.

The cooling and heating circulator equipment displayed in this exhibition is a typical model of LNEYA’s star product KRY series, as follows:

KRY high and low temperature testing machine, this product can not only control the temperature, but also control the flow and pressure. The temperature control range of this product is -40 degrees to 135 degrees, and the antifreeze flow control range is 2~20L/min. This product provides antifreeze temperature testing, current and antifreeze pressure control for electric motors and battery packs. This product can be tested in high and low temperature environments such as battery packs, and can provide high temperature, low temperature, control flow, pressure and other requirements for battery packs; it can also provide high temperature tests for motors, provide antifreeze systems for low temperature tests, and can perform cold and heat shocks test.

Working principle of KRY: The object under test is connected to the test platform adapter, and the inside of the part is cooled and heated by ethylene glycol aqueous solution. Test components need to go through a specific temperature curve. KRY refrigeration heating circulators can record temperature changes. The temperature range is usually from -40°C to 100°C (extendable to 150°C). When performing tolerance testing, it usually loops infinitely.
